The King of the violent neighborhood

25 episodes

The legendary overlord of the arms trade, Horace Vance, is known to the world only as “the Quartermaster”. He lies low among ordinary folks, making a living running a barbecue stall in a crime‑ridden neighborhood. When local thugs come to extort protection money, gangs and his loyal subordinates rush over to defend him. Yet Horace keeps his immense power well‑hidden, wishing only for his newly‑graduated son Beau to live a quiet, peaceful life.
