He Didn't Know We Had Twins

41 episodes

Nine months pregnant and trapped in debt, surgeon Evelyn Hart goes into labor. Her mother-in-law Margaret orders the staff to save the baby—not the mother. Evelyn delivers a boy, Leo, who is taken away. Moments later, a second heartbeat reveals she's carrying twins. But the door has already closed. Evelyn leaves with only one child, Noah, believing the other didn't survive. Six years later, her husband Damian wakes from a coma and is told another woman is Leo's mother. Evelyn works under an alias to support Noah. At a fencing tournament, Noah and Leo meet, draw five-all, and remove their masks—revealing they're identical twins. They secretly swap identities to uncover the truth. Hired as Leo's physician, Evelyn is drawn back to Damian. Hidden DNA samples and a locked medical file slowly piece together the truth. When the children are kidnapped, Evelyn and Damian race to save them. Both survive—but Damian refuses to surrender custody. Evelyn vows to fight for the years that were taken from her.
