Stolen Bride, Right Husband

39 episodes

On her wedding day, Su Qingci was mistakenly taken away in another man’s bridal sedan chair. She was supposed to marry the frail and sick eldest young master of the Xie family, but her wedding was hijacked by the second young master, Xie Jingxing. A notorious playboy in the capital, Xie Jingxing was thought to have ruined Su Qingci’s life by everyone. Yet she soon discovered that beneath his unrestrained and frivolous facade lay a thoughtful, profound man skilled in both literature and martial arts. Starting off on bad terms, the two gradually grew to know each other and stood side by side through countless crises. Su Qingci slowly fell in love with the man who had “wrongly” taken her as his bride, and Xie Jingxing also grew genuinely attached to her in their time together. In the end, the truth came to light: this so-called mistake was never an accident. Xie Jingxing had planned it all along — he had fallen in love with her at first sight long ago.
