After three years of wrongful imprisonment, Claire Hayes emerges from the Eternal Penitentiary as the Fury of the Midnight Ward. On the day of her release, she pins the cold, untouchable Warden — Vincent Vance — against a water cell wall and kisses him. Not out of love, but survival. He holds the key to her future. Together, the Fury and the Warden will burn every enemy who ever wronged her. And along the way, the cold man who never bends... discovers that for her, he will break all his own rules.
