The Neglected Wife

48 episodes

While driving to a prenatal checkup, Sharon Hughes hits Joyna Roy—her husband Ryan Young’s mistress. Just like that, the affair is exposed. But Ryan takes his mistress’s side. Sharon’s best friend, Ava Hayes, knew all along and covered for him. Then Joyna frames Sharon for harming a child. Ryan punishes her, and after relentless cruelty, Sharon loses the baby. Heartbroken, she divorces him and takes a job at rival Gael Wood’s company. Only after losing her does Ryan realize what he’s done. He fights to win her back; Sharon refuses to budge. Meanwhile, Joyna loses her own child and blames Sharon, hiring someone to kill her—only to be arrested and sentenced to death. Ryan, unable to focus on business, drives his company into bankruptcy. In Gael’s care, Sharon heals. They fall in love, marry, and have a daughter, building a new and happy life.
