The Silver Ring and the Crown

44 episodes

To thoroughly investigate his brother Sebastian's plot to seize the throne, William, Crown Prince of England, travels to Sicily bearing the Rizzo family's heirloom silver ring and proposes a contract marriage to the mafia godfather Vito, joining forces as lovers in name to solve the case together. Their first meeting crackles with tension, and the deal is sealed with a silver ring carrying two generations of gratitude. After returning to England together, they publicly announce their romance at the airport, igniting a media storm. Inside Buckingham Palace, facing Sebastian's layered probing—from the details of daily life to private habits—the two cover for each other with perfect tacit understanding, defusing every test. Beneath the pinhole surveillance cameras in the bedchamber, they stage intimate scenes, and the performance gradually slips out of control, blurring the line between sincerity and pretense. This power game waged in the name of love has only just begun.
