Twisted Fates: A Daughter's Pain

70 episodes

Lu Shiya's mother, once a wealthy family's daughter, ran away with the family driver for love. Her grandfather, Tang Dongnian, forced her mother back for an arranged marriage, leading to her father's car accident and death on the day her mother remarried. Lu Shiya was then sent away. Believing her mother had abandoned her for a new child, Lu Shiya grew resentful. She returns to her mother's house as a maid, seeking revenge. However, her mother doesn't recognize her, and Lu Shiya doesn't know her mother never abandoned her. As misunderstandings grow, her mother unknowingly hurts Lu Shiya, even considering having her die to donate her heart to her second daughter. When the truth behind the abandonment is revealed, Lu Shiya, now suffering from late-stage leukemia, must decide what path to take with her mother.
